Educational Qualification and Eligibility
- Assistant Professor: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks and NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per applicable UGC regulations.
- Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree/LL.B. with the prescribed marks and relevant administrative experience, or the university-service experience specified in the notification.
- Superintendent: Current Superintendent-level service or the prescribed administrative experience, including experience as Senior Assistant.
- System Administrator: Relevant MCA/BE/B.Tech qualification in Computer Science/IT or equivalent, with the prescribed experience.
- Programmer: Relevant M.Sc. (IT)/MCA/B.Tech (CSE) or equivalent qualification with the prescribed experience.
- Senior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree, prescribed computer qualification and clerical experience; Punjabi and English typing at 30 words per minute is required.
- Law Researcher: LL.B., eligible Bar Council enrolment and valid right to practise, with drafting skills.
Punjabi requirement: Passing Punjabi up to Matriculation standard is stated as essential for all posts. Post-specific requirements and any relaxations must be checked in the official notification.
