📢 IICA Recruitment 2026 – Various Contractual Posts

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has released a Vacancy Circular dated 04 August 2026 inviting applications for 03 contractual positions at IICA, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana.

🔹 Vacancy Details

📚 Consultant – Assistant Librarian

Vacancy: 01
Salary: ₹40,000/- per month
Nature of Appointment: Purely Contractual
Maximum Age: Up to 63 years as on the closing date, with relaxation possible for exceptional candidates.

Educational Qualification:

• Post Graduate along with Master’s in Library Science or equivalent course
• Sound knowledge of computer skills, open-source software and library management software.
• Knowledge of Mendeley, Zotero, DSpace, Koha, etc.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in organising and managing library activities in an academic, corporate or research institution.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of day-to-day technical library activities
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Networking and leadership skills
• MS Office and database searching
• Knowledge of SCOPUS/WoS
• Digital marketing and social-media management
• Experience with online campaigns, Google Ads and social-media platforms
• Video editing/social-media post designing is an added advantage.

🔬 Senior Research Associate – Partnership & Promotion

Vacancy: 01 | Salary: ₹75,000/month
Qualification: Master’s in Management/Marketing/Commerce/Economics/Finance/CS/CA/CFA
Experience: Minimum 3 years, including 2 years in relevant activities.
Key areas include partnership development, MoUs/agreements, corporate-sector liaison, seminars, workshops and promotion of the Independent Director Databank.

⚖️ Senior Research Associate – Competition Law & Market Regulation

Vacancy: 01 | Salary: ₹75,000/month
Qualification: Degree in Law or Master’s in Law/Economics/Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including research, teaching/capacity building, report writing, content development and academic programme coordination in Competition Law & Economics.

Applications received after the prescribed deadline will not be entertained. Shortlisted candidates may be called for a presentation and/or interview at IICA, Manesar, or through video conference.

• Appointment is initially for one year, subject to extension/curtailment based on requirements and performance.
• The engagement is full-time.
• Selected candidates are required to join immediately.
