Educational Qualification

Salary / Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of:
₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
An annual increment of ₹3,000 may be provided in case of re-engagement.
Job Responsibilities
The Administrative Associate (Library) will assist the Librarian in providing library and information services to faculty, students and other stakeholders.
Major responsibilities include:
- Providing library and information services.
- Cataloguing and classification of library resources.
- Technical processing of library materials.
- Managing the circulation counter.
- Membership and circulation-related activities.
- Handling reminders and overdue charges.
- Knowledge of online/offline databases and e-resources.
- Assisting users in accessing library resources and services.
- Maintaining inventory, registers and statistics.
- Monitoring maintenance and upkeep of the library.
- Assisting with day-to-day library operations.
Duration of Appointment
The appointment will be made purely on a contractual basis.
The initial appointment will be for one year from the date of joining and may be renewed annually based on:
- Satisfactory performance
- Requirement of the Institute
The engagement is generally limited to three years.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
