📝 Key Responsibilities:
📚 Library Support:
- Maintain and manage library records (both physical and digital)
- Support literature search and reference services
- Handle data entry in the Integrated Library Management System (ILMS)
- Manage interlibrary loans and journal access
- Assist users in locating and accessing academic resources
🎓 Academy Assistance:
- Support academic programs (especially the PhD programme)
- Maintain student academic records
- Coordinate with faculty and students for academic support
- Assist in managing course schedules and exam logistics
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
📖 Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (B.Lib.I.Sc / M.Lib.I.Sc)
- Candidates with additional knowledge in environmental science or social science will have an advantage.
💼 Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in academic library services
- Familiarity with Koha, DSpace, or other ILMS tools preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and digital skills
