Full time Graduate Degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts with minimum 60% marks.
Speed of 90 wpm in English Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typing (Test will be conducted).
Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications/MS Office of not less than 3 months duration.
Minimum 5 years experience as Secretary/Personal Assistant/Private Secretary/Executive Secretary attached to persons at Senior Managerial positions in Private or Public Sector Company/Govt. Organization.
Preferred: Diploma/Certification course in Secretarial Practice/Office Administration/Office Management.
Preferred: Knowledge of Foreign Languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French etc.).

Maximum Age: 32 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules: SC/ST +5 years, OBC +3 years, PwD-General/EWS +10 years, PwD-OBC +13 years, PwD-SC/ST +15 years.

Pay Scale: Rs. 29000 – Rs. 120000 Per Month
