Eligibility Criteria
- Persons of eminence in the field of Food Science or persons from Administration who have been associated with the subject.
- Either holding or have held a position not below the rank of Secretary to the Government of India.
- Relevant work experience related to Central/State Regulatory Bodies (desirable).
- Citizens of India.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 65 years.
- Tenure of 3 years from date of entry, re-appointment eligible for further 3 years or till age 65, whichever is earlier.
Salary/ Stipend
- Fixed Monthly Pay: Rs. 2,25,000/-
- Allowances: As per DoPT guidelines
