Bank of Baroda Business Correspondent Coordinator Eligibility Criteria 2026

• For Retired Bank Employees: Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank up to Chief Manager rank or Retired clerks of BOB with JAIIB and good track record.
• For Young Candidates: Minimum graduation with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet).
• All applicants must have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
• Candidates must be residents of the same or adjoining districts where vacancies are declared.
• Candidates must be proficient in local language (reading and writing).
• Must have accommodation near nodal branch within the district.
• Must be willing to visit villages for supervision and other activities.
• Due diligence including KYC & CIBIL check required.
• Police verification mandatory before assignment of duty.
• Should not have adverse record or history of termination/dismissal.

Bank of Baroda Business Correspondent Coordinator Age Limit 2026

• Retired Bank Employees: Maximum 65 years for continuation.
• Young Candidates: 21-45 years at the time of appointment.
• Maximum 65 years for continuation for Young Candidates.

Bank of Baroda Business Correspondent Coordinator Salary 2026

• Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000/-
• Variable Component: Rs. 15,000/- (based on performance)
• Conveyance Expenses: Rs. 4,000/- per month (subject to completion of all BC inspections)
• Mobile Expenses: Rs. 200/- per month
• Total Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 34,200 per month
