PSPCL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age limit: 37 Years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC and Backward class: 5 years
  • Ex-Serviceman (Self): Allowed to deduct service period, if resultant age does not exceed max limit by more than 3 years
  • Physically Handicapped: 10 years
  • Widow, Divorced, Women legally separated, Women whose husbands ordered to pay maintenance, Women living separately for more than 2 years due to desertion, Women whose husbands have re-married, Wives of serving military personnel and wives of disabled military personnel: Upper age limit shall be 40 years
  • Serving employees of PSPCL/PSTCL/ Punjab Govt.: To the extent of service rendered

• Matriculation or equivalent.
• ITI in Electrician Trade or ITI in Wireman Trade.
• ITI Certificate shall be issued by National Council for Vocational Training(NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Trade (SCVT).
• Passed Punjabi of at least Matriculation or its equivalent level.

• The Pay-Scale will be as per PSPCL financial circular no. 21/2022 dated 17.08.22.
• The minimum Pay admissible as per 7th CPC/Pay Matrix and report of the inhouse Committee will be Rs. 19990/- (Basic Pay) per Month.
• During the probation period, newly appointed candidates shall be paid ‘minimum admissible pay’ only.
