Heritage Xperiential Learning School, a leading progressive school committed to experiential and inquiry-based learning, is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Librarian to join our library team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily library operations and resource management
- Support cataloguing, shelving, and circulation of books
- Guide students in locating and selecting age-appropriate resources
- Help coordinate displays, and library activities
- Maintain a warm, inclusive, and organized library environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a school library or similar setup (Freshers can also apply)
- Familiarity with Dewey Decimal Classification and library management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for books, children, and educational innovation
