Eligibility Criteria
Library Assistant
- MLISc/MLib with at least 55% marks from a recognised University/equivalent institution.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Knowledge of library management software, institutional repositories, classification, cataloguing and IT tools for library applications.
Library Trainees
- MLISc/MLib with at least 55% marks.
- Knowledge of library management software and institutional repository record maintenance.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
Library Stack Assistant / Library Attendant
- Any Graduation degree from a recognised University/equivalent institution.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Maximum age: 45 years.

Venue: Gujarat National Law University, Attalika Avenue, Knowledge Corridor, Koba, Gandhinagar.
Candidates should bring four copies of the latest resume with photograph and original documents along with photocopies of academic, experience and other relevant certificates. No TA/DA will be paid.
The contractual appointment is initially for 364 days, subject to the conditions mentioned in the official advertisement. Selected candidates may be required to work rotational shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts, as the University Library operates 24×7.
