Candidate Activity Flow Chart and OMR Sheet Instructions
Date of Test: 11th July 2021
Reporting Time: 9 AM

Important Instructions for Exam of Clerk Legal

STEP: 1 Reach the Written Test Venue at Chandigarh as per reporting time and approach

the Center No. (location) as per your Admit Card.

STEP: 2 Look for Displayed SEATING PLAN and Search your ROLL NO to locate

your allotted Room No in allotted Centre No.

STEP: 3 Go through Frisking, and COVID-19 Check Point at your Centre No.

STEP: 4 Next, wait your turn for contactless Biometric attendance and hologram stamping

on your admit card.

STEP: 5 Move to your allocated Room Number for written Test.

STEP: 6 Locate your seating ROW from the Detailed plan displayed outside the Room

STEP: 7 Report your presence to the Deputy Superintendent

STEP: 8 At 10:50 AM read instructions from the question booklet WITHOUT breaking

the seal.

STEP: 9 At 11:00 AM break the seal and start the exam.

STEP: 10 At 12:30 PM handover OMR sheet and Admit Card to the Deputy

Superintendent.
