4. Qualifications & AIIMS Norms
- Degree: Recognized University se Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science (B.Lib. / B.Lib.I.Sc.) ya B.Sc. Degree ke sath LIS diploma.
- Experience: Medical College, research institute ya higher educational institute ki library me minimum 02 saal ka professional experience.
- Desirable: Medical information systems (PubMed, Medline, Cochrane Library) aur research databases ka practical knowledge.
- Computer Knowledge: Library automation software (Koha) aur MS Office tools me command.
5. Age Limit (As on 25.11.2026)
Candidate ki minimum age 21 varsh aur maximum age 30 varsh honi chahiye. Central government rules ke anusar OBC ko 3 saal, SC/ST ko 5 saal aur PwBD candidates ko upper age limit me chhut di jayegi.
6. Salary & Emoluments
7th CPC Pay Level-6: Initial Basic Pay Rs. 35,400/- per month. Iske sath central allowances (DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, medical coverage aur NPS pension benefits) milenge (gross salary approx. Rs. 58,000+ per month).
7. Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Library Science, general reasoning aur English language par based objective test.
- Skill Test: Cataloguing, classification aur practical computer handling par qualifying test.
- Document Verification: Original certificates aur experience verification.
