Eligibility Criteria	Officials under the Central/State/U.T. Governments, Universities, Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations. Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR 3 years’ regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4200/- in the relevant field. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Library Science/Library and Information Service OR B.Sc. Degree with Library Science qualification. 5 years’ experience in a library of repute. Hands-on experience in office applications, spreadsheets, and presentations. Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute.
Application Procedure	Interested candidates must submit their applications in the prescribed proforma at Annexure-I through proper channel to: The Executive Director, AIIMS Kalyani, 1st Floor, Administrative Building, NH-34 Connector, Basantapur, Saguna, Kalyani, District Nadia, West Bengal 741245. The envelope should be superscripted as “Application for the Post of Librarian Grade-I on Deputation Basis”.
Required Documents	Up-to-date APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years. Vigilance Clearance Certificate (indicating no disciplinary or criminal proceedings pending or contemplated). Statement of minor/major penalties imposed (if any). Integrity Certificate.
Last Date for Application Submission	30 days from the date of publication in Employment News.
