• Scientist B / C – Incident Investigator: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/CSE/IT or allied with 60% + 2 years experience in Cyber Incident Response & Forensics (Ph.D. exempt).
• Scientist B / C – Security Engineer: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/CSE/IT or allied with 60% + 2 years experience in VAPT/Security Assessment (Ph.D. exempt).
• Scientist B / C – Platform Software & Applications on Bare Metal Hardware: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/CSE/Embedded Systems or allied with 60% + 2 years experience in ARM bare-metal/Linux drivers (Ph.D. exempt).
• Scientist -B/C – FPGA Design & Implementatio n for Cryptography and Cyber Security related applications:  B.E./B.Tech. (ECE/CS/EE/EI/IT/ VLSI/ Embedded Systems/ Embedded & Robotics or allied areas) OR M.E./M.Tech (ECE/CS/EE/EI/IT/ VLSI/Communicatio n Engg/Software System/Embedded/ Optical Communication or allied areas) OR PhD (in relevant areas under Domain of this post ) (with a minimum of 60% throughout the academics)
• Scientist B / C – Fault Analysis (FA) for Cryptography: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/CSE/Cryptology or allied with 60% + 2 years experience in Fault Injection Attacks (Ph.D. exempt).
• Scientist B / C – Side Channel Analysis for Cryptography: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/CSE/Cryptology or allied with 60% + 2 years experience in SCA/TVLA/CPA (Ph.D. exempt).
• Scientist B / C – Cryptographic Systems Testing & Validation: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/CSE/Cryptology or allied with 60% + 2 years experience in PQC/FIPS validation (Ph.D. exempt).
• Scientist B / C – Theory & Mathematical proofs of PQC algorithms: M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D. in Mathematics/Cryptology with 60% + 2 years experience in Lattice/Code-based PQC (Ph.D. exempt).
• Scientist B / C – Hardware Board Design Engineer: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/EE/EI/VLSI with 60% + 2 years experience in high-speed board design (Ph.D. exempt).
• Scientist B / C – R&D Project Management Executive: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in relevant field with 60% + 2 years experience in project coordination (Ph.D. exempt).
• Consultant – Vigilance: Retired from Central/State Govt/PSU/Autonomous body with last pay Level 8/9/10 + minimum 2 years experience in vigilance cases.

• Scientist B/C Posts: Pay Level 10 or 11 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
• Consultant – Vigilance: As per Government of India norms / DoPT guidelines.
