IGM Noida Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

  • Supervisor (Assay/T.O.-Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy): Candidates must possess a 1st class full-time Diploma in Engineering in the relevant stream (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy) from a recognized institution, or higher qualification i.e. B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline.
  • Engraver (Sculpture/Metal Works): Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Sculpture or Metal Works) with at least 55% marks from a recognized institution.
  • Jr. Office Assistant & Jr. Bullion Assistant: Candidates must be a Graduate in any discipline with computer knowledge and typing speed of English @ 40 w.p.m. / Hindi @ 30 w.p.m.
  • Jr. Hindi Typist: Candidates must be a Graduate in any discipline with computer knowledge and Hindi typing speed @ 30 w.p.m.
  • Laboratory Assistant: Candidates must hold a B.Sc. with Chemistry as a major subject with at least 55% marks.
  • Jr. Technician (all trades): Candidates must hold a full-time ITI certificate recognized by NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade (Fitter/Turner/Electrician/Carpentry/Melter/Chemical Plant Operator/Goldsmith).
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years; maximum 25 years for Jr. Technician posts, 28 years for B-3/B-4 level posts, and 30 years for Supervisor posts, as on the closing date of online application. Age relaxation is provided for SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10–15 years), and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules.

IGM Noida Recruitment 2026 Salary

  • Selected candidates under IGM Noida Recruitment 2026 will be appointed on regular posts with pay scales as per the company’s pay structure along with applicable allowances.
  • Pay Scale Details: Supervisor posts carry Level S-1 pay matrix ₹27,600–95,910; Engraver and Jr. Office/Bullion Assistant/Lab Assistant posts carry Level B-3 ₹21,540–77,160 or Level B-4 ₹23,910–85,570; and Junior Technician posts carry Level W-1 ₹18,780–67,390. Selected candidates will be placed on probation for one year, extendable by a further one year at the discretion of the company.

IGM Noida Recruitment 2026 Application Fees

  • As per the IGM Recruitment 2026 advertisement, candidates belonging to UR, EWS and OBC categories must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹1000/- (inclusive of GST).
  • SC/ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee but are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₹200/- towards service expenses.
  • Payment can be made online through Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, or UPI. Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

IGM Noida Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

  • The IGM Noida Recruitment 2026 selection process will be conducted through an online Computer Based Test (CBT) of objective type, followed by a Typing/Skill Test for certain posts, and a final merit list based on CBT performance.
  • For Supervisor posts (S-1 Level): A single-phase CBT of 150 marks in 120 minutes consisting of General Arithmetic (25 marks), Logical Reasoning (20 marks), and Technical/Professional knowledge in the relevant trade (105 marks).
  • For Jr. Office Assistant, Jr. Bullion Assistant & Jr. Hindi Typist (B-3 Level): A CBT of 150 marks in 120 minutes comprising General Awareness (30), Computer Knowledge (30), English Language Skills (30), Numerical Aptitude (30), and Reasoning Aptitude (30), followed by a Typing Test (English @ 40 w.p.m. or Hindi @ 30 w.p.m.). Final merit is based on CBT performance only.
  • For Jr. Technician posts (W-1 Level): A single-phase CBT of 120 marks in 120 minutes comprising General Arithmetic (20 marks), Logical Reasoning (15 marks), and Technical/Professional knowledge in the relevant trade (85 marks).
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/EWS category – 55%; OBC – 50%; SC/ST – 45%. There is no negative marking.
