📌 Position Details

• Post: Assistant Director (Library)

• Recruitment Mode: Deputation / Short-Term Contract

• Vacancies: 01 (Unreserved)

• Pay Level: Level 10 (as per 7th CPC)

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  Post-graduate degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science (or equivalent) from a recognized university.

• Experience:

  • Officers holding an analogous post on a regular basis, OR

  • Officers with at least 2 years of service in Level 9, OR

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical library in a Government department, PSU, autonomous body, or university.

• Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date.
