✅ RRB ALP Vacancy 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 18 – 30 Years (Upper age relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC-NCL, and as per Government rules for others).
- Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in specified trades (Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic, Mechanic (Radio & TV), Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Armature & Coil Winder, Mechanic (Diesel), Heat Engine, Turner, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Mechanic), OR
- Matriculation/SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the above trades, OR
- Matriculation/SSLC plus 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile Engineering (or combination), OR
- Degree in the above Engineering disciplines (in lieu of Diploma).
- Medical Standard: A-1 (Physically fit in all respects, Vision 6/6 without glasses, normal colour/binocular vision, no LASIK surgery allowed).
- Nationality: Indian citizen or eligible categories as per rules.
✅ RRB ALP Vacancy 2026 Selection Process:
The selection process comprises the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) Stage-1
- Computer Based Test (CBT) Stage-2
- Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Note: Negative marking of 1/3rd for wrong answers in CBT-1 and CBT-2.
