Tems and conditions to apply: (1] Educational qualifications and selection procedure will be as per the Govt. Office Memorandum vide No.

2] Good Academic record as defined by the university concemed with at least 55% of marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian Universityor an
equivalent degree from an accredted foreign university. However, candidates applying for the posts of
Assistant Professor of Botany and Zoology must have their M.Sc degree in Botany and Zoology. respectively as per the DHE’s Circular vide no. DHE/PDUAM/ERA/53/2017/PU14, dated 03/10/2017.
[3] Besides, candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or
similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. Candidates having PhD degree, in accordance with the
UGC (minimum standards and procedure for award of PhD degree) Regulations, 2009, are exempted from
the requirement of minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.
4] Candidates have to acquire qualifications as on the last date of submitting application forms.
MPhilPhD/Seminar Papers/Publications so acquired for eligibility can be submitted on the date of
interview and not beyond.
5] Maximum age limit is 38 years as on 01/01/2022 with a relaxation of 03 years for OBC/MOBC and 05
years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD candidates.
[6] Candidates must have proficiency in the local language. In-service candidates must apply through proper
channel with ‘No Objection Certficate (NOC) obtained from the authority concemed.
ndidates must provide valid documents for calculating the percentage of marks from CGPA and also
must provide documents supporting their publications listed in Scopus indexed joumals/UGC CARE list.
8] As per DHE’s Letter vide No. DHE/CE/Misc/49/2021/Pt./6 dated 10/02/2022. applications from the
candidates of Assam only will be considered for the process of appointment. PRC is mandatory which may
be produced on the day of interview and not beyond

Two sets of the filled-in prescribed application form (available on www.pduameraligool.ac.in) along [101 with Biodata, including valid Phone No., E-Mail ID and self-attested copies of all testimonials from HSLC
onwards are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Principal, Pandit Deendayal
