MECON Recruitment 2026 Age Limit Maximum Age limit for Manager (Civil) (E-3): 36 Years Maximum Age limit for Senior Manager (Civil) (E-4): 40 Years Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Qualification Full time (4 years) regular B.E. (Civil) / B.Tech (Civil) degree. Preference shall be given to candidates who have graduated from Govt. Engineering Institutes falling under the category of ‘Institute of National Importance’ identified by Ministry of Education. Post-graduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management is preferred. Experience (as on 10-03-2026) Manager (Civil) (E-3): Minimum 09 (Nine) years of Civil (except Structural Steel & Road) Construction experience at site, preferably at Industrial Plant. Senior Manager (Civil) (E-4): Minimum 13 (Thirteen) years of Civil (except structural steel & Road) Construction experience at site, preferably at Industrial Plant.
Pay Scale E-3 Grade: ₹80,000 – 2,20,000/- E-4 Grade: ₹90,000 – 2,40,000/-
