Eligibility	Librarians from university, college, school, public, special, and corporate libraries. BOSLA Life Member for 5 consecutive years. Cannot apply while serving on BOSLA committee.
Criteria	Contributions to librarianship and BOSLA. Research publications, books, conference participation. Professional accomplishments and support to libraries.
Award Frequency	Once a year. Each person can win only once.
Submission Format	Online Application via Google Form
Documents Required	Brief write-up on contributions. Certificates, awards, citations, and recognitions.
Last Date for Submission	5th August 2025
Selection Committee	Appointed by Chairman, includes 3–5 members. Final decision by Chairman.
Award Ceremony	Presented at upcoming BOSLA event with public recognition.
