Library Assistant – Contractual Position

Brief Description of Duties
- Proficient in classification and cataloguing of library materials (print and digital).
- Digitizing project reports and documents for ARAI Digital Library.
- Assist in journal article processing, proofreading, plagiarism checking, etc.
- Coordinate transfer of books between Kothrud and Chakan libraries.
- Weekly visits to Chakan library required.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Koha and DSpace library software.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams.
Publishing Experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of publishing software like Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW.
- Experience with Open Journal System (OJS).
