4. Qualification & Eligibility – Librarian
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science / Library and Information Science (B.Lib.Sc. / B.L.I.Sc.) from a recognized University.
- Cadre Eligibility (Deputation): Officers under Central / State Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Tribunals holding analogous posts on regular basis, or having required years of regular service in the immediate lower grade.
- Desirable: Legal library handling experience and proficiency in library automation and software.
5. Age Limit
केंद्र सरकार के प्रतिनियुक्ति नियमों के अनुसार आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तिथि को अधिकतम आयु सीमा सामान्यतः 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
6. Salary & Allowances
Librarian पद हेतु Pay Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) निर्धारित है। चयनित उम्मीदवार को केंद्र सरकार के मानकों के अनुसार DA, HRA, Transport Allowance तथा Deputation Allowance देय होंगे।
7. Selection Process
- Scrutiny of Applications: अग्रिम चैनल (Proper Channel) से प्राप्त आवेदनों और APAR/Vigilance Clearance की समीक्षा।
- Personal Interaction / Interview: शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए अधिकारियों का चयन समिति द्वारा साक्षात्कार।
