Educational Qualification & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Library Science with at least 60% marks, or equivalent diploma in Library Science from a recognised university/institute.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with at least 60% marks.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Library Services.
- Desirable experience in Government/PSU/autonomous organisations/universities and a one-year diploma in Information Technology/Archives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage library operations during assigned late-night shifts.
- Handle issue, return, renewal and reservation of library resources.
- Assist students and researchers with catalogue searching and reference services.
- Monitor library entry/exit and the safety of collections and equipment.
