RITES Assistant HR Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must meet the RITES Assistant HR eligibility criteria 2026 regarding  educational qualification, marks percentage and age limit as on 27 April 2026.

  •  Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university; UR/EWS candidates and reserved‑category candidates applying against UR posts must have at least 50% marks, while SC/ST/OBC‑NCL/PwBD candidates require minimum 45% marks for reserved posts.
  • Experience: No minimum post‑qualification experience is required for Assistant (HR) recruitment on regular basis.
  • Age Limit: Upper age limit 30 years as on 27.04.2026; relaxations include 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC‑NCL, 10 years for PwBD (in addition to category relaxation) and 5 years over and above upper age for eligible RITES regular/contract employees.

  • Pay Scale: Assistant (HR) – Rs. 20,000–66,000 (IDA) with approximate CTC of about Rs. 8.16 lakh per annum at the minimum of the scale.
