Candidates must meet the RITES Assistant HR eligibility criteria 2026 regarding educational qualification, marks percentage and age limit as on 27 April 2026.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university; UR/EWS candidates and reserved‑category candidates applying against UR posts must have at least 50% marks, while SC/ST/OBC‑NCL/PwBD candidates require minimum 45% marks for reserved posts.
