Minimum 8 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity in Level-7 in Government, Semi-Government, or recognized University/Institution of national standing, or at an equivalent level in a reputed private organization. Knowledge of computerized library environment, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently will be preferred. |
